So does he get docked points for racing at a track that doesn't host an Outlaw race?

If the world racing group could control the weather driver would not have to go race at other tracks. Team have not been paid in three or four weeks. They have to be aloud to race!

Im just wondering why my buddy saw his rig heading from the North towards the South to Burlington when the rig should have been coming from the South towards the North to Burlington? Wouldn't the 7 rig have needed to be South of Burlington by 9 a.m. on Saturday in order to make Salina in time to race Saturday night?

They stayed in Des Moines on Friday night. No sense in driving all the way to Salina with the way diesel prices are and the weather.
