What is the little red sucker? Is that the 50 car?
If so, go Spencer! I'm a DG fan, but like Spencer too.
How about Super Rickie in the 38. Anybody else agree?

I don't know if Rickie can keep a ride long enough to do any winning with the 38.

Dang, that one hurt. I would like to see Rickie win some more. I'm sure he can win in anything as long as it works good.
As for Spencer, How cool is that. Now, Here is the real question. How long before Spencer/Chaffin/Bromme win the championship? History repeats itself around the Red ones. Bruce has an uncanny way of teaching drivers how to points race and win. Can't wait to see how that goes. Good luck Mike.

Davey Pombo will be in the 38 car next season.
Gaunt will start the season in the 94.
Miller to the 44.

I would also like to see Rickie win alot more! Just wishful thinking to see him in the 38.
I think its going to be a good championship battle in 07 between Tony Jones and Spencer.

I have only one question, and don't take this the wrong way. Why would Spencer want to drive the 50 over the 44 ? It would seem to me that the 44 team is on a roll and only getting stronger. As for the 50 "team", in the interest of being nice, they seem to be going the "other" direction. Just one thing Spencer my want to consider, he hasn't run into the wall lately because the steering wheel no longer functions....

I think that resources and history is the answer to your question. The Chaffin/Bromme combo have done very well over the years. So well in fact that some people are thinking that the end of the world must be nigh at hand just because they finished 2nd. I think I heard that the 44 team had gotten on the ragged edge as far as cars and parts at the end of the season. Mike's steering wheel didn't malfunction, but the rear end broke while leading. Only because Mike seems to stay out of harms way were they able to be as competative as they were. Or as the old saying goes,"First you have to finish before you finish first". That has been a trait of most of the drivers that have sat in the little red sucker. I think that Mike will fit in well with the Bromme/Chaffin crew.
