You read it right. I just received Lance's pre-registration form in the mail. I can't wait to see him run over here - its been a long time since he invaded Ohio soil.

Welcome, Lance. Bring some more of the Posse this way!!!

That's great news. Hopefully more of the guys from here will go too. Maybe the switch of dates will work out for both sides.

BTW, Swamp what were the deciding factors in the Ohio Speedweek date being switched? If anything, I would have thought that our dates should have changed seeing how Ohio's was the first in the country. IMO

Good to hear. The porch just got a whole lot bigger I guess...lol. Only conflicts with his current schedule are on the 29th and 30th so he pretty much had the whole week open anyway. Will more Posse teams follow suite?

6-25 Wayne County Speedway – Orrville, OH

6-26 Waynesfield Speedway – Waynesfield, OH

...WHAT ? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

...it just keeps getting better...

...let us not forget Chris Knopp has already raced with the All Stars this season at Attica...and in talking with the guys on his crew (very cool and friendly bunch by the way) they seemed to think that they may be back out this way again this year...

...Dale Blaney, The Jacobs gang (Kenny, Dean, Lee, Cody), Rob Chaney, Byron Reed, Greg Wilson, John Ivy, Mark Keegan, Brock Mayes, Brandon Martin, Danny Smith, Kelly Kinser, Kevin Huntley, Neil Shepherd...

...speaking of Shepherds...what about Jeff Shepard ?...that man has been known to let it rip on an Ohio dirt track or two...

...anywho...GREAT NEWS !...welcome Mr. Dewease and crew...man I hope he stays long enough for the experience that is "The New Fremont Speedway"...

...SKINNER...I see a road trip in your future...

So, according to MSPN, Lance will be lucky to make the "A". I guess that only time will tell.

Let's see if the 25 can pull of the accomplishments that the "Fast Phenom from Olive Branch, Miss." did last year.Smile

Swamp is suggestion Lance will race more times in 2 weeks than Mulligan will attend in 06 and 07 combined...once again the sermon backfires.

i guess the real unanswered question is...what color CAR will Lance be racing...ooohhh so sorry...did i let that slip?

Our dates were switched for this very reason - people have been demanding for years that Ohio and PA quit running on top of each other for Speedweek and we may finally see some benefits from it. Guy Webb has made an extra effort in 2007 in working with the PA promoters and this sort of thing can only help 410 racing in the long run. We're excited that Lance is coming and I hope others will follow. Its still going to overlap a couple of days, but so be it. At least there is some opportunity to run both Speedweeks now. I'm sort of expecting a couple more non-Posse surprises before its over. We'll see.

For the record - Lance's entry form lists the #25 Pete's Motorsports car.

As per usual Hawk is full of mard again and continues his lying ways, some things never change, sheesh ! Lance not having to race the Outlaws will do just fine and should win a few, even a clueless guy like Hawk should be able to figure that out. Yeah, I know he was lapped traffic the last time he raced in Ohio, but that was then and this is now, lol. Take It Easy.....
