I am in the process of decorating my basement and putting up some sprint car "stuff" on the wall.
I would really like to purchase a picture of Mike Brooks in the TMC car at Knoxville.
Any advice or recommendations are appreciated.

Although I am not certain who Mike Brooks is, my daughters driving coach has been involved with Knoxville for quite some time and he has a HUGE collection of photos from that place. If you give me a year and car # I would be more than happy to ask him if he has one and if he knows where he can acquire copies. If he does not have one there is a really good possibility that he would know where to get one. Let me know and I would be more than happy to ask him.

I'd look up Dave Hill in Knoxville. He's been taking photos at the track for years. Jim, Mike had a chance to be the first actual Knoxville resident to win the Nationals back in 1980. On the pole Saturday night but the race was called due to heavy fog. Sunday afternoon on a dry slick track, the guy Bob Trostle calls "the best dry slick driver ever" took Bob's 20 car and Karl's engine and driveline to his first Nationals win; Steve Kinser.

My father reminds me of this day sometimes. He said even the outlaws wouldn't have beat him that night if it wasn't for the fog.
I always get excited when a "local" is near the front....and especially this past year with Brian on the pole.
