I am going but was curious what people think the car count will be. I hope some of the ASCS national guys will race since they are off that weekend. I hope to see Shane Stewart,Brian Brown, Jason Johnson, I hope a few others.

Figure there was around 21 down in Mississippi/Houston area but I figure close to 30 for Salina. Knoxville doesn't start their weekly season until one week later and I figure you will see some of those drivers along with any other 410's that are left in the Missouri area.

I would love to see 30 but not so sure about that number. We had a race in the area last year (Tri State) and 26 pulled in. This time however, gas prices for those 4-5 mpg rigs are much worse than what they were this time last year. Hope the unexpected happens and a nice field does arrive. I'm going to be there for any amount of cars as I want to see those rocket ships fly around that track!
Here are the 26 that were at Tri State last year:
1) 6-Danny Lasoski 14.966 2) 91-Paul McMahan 15.146 3) R19-Jac
Haudenschild 15.185 4) 63-Chad Kemenah 15.194 5) 14-Jason Meyers 15.390
6) 7-Craig Dollansky 15.426 7) 15-Donny Schatz 15.446 8) 11K-Kraig
Kinser 15.459 9) 11-Steve Kinser 15.493 10) 7S-Jason Sides 15.596 11)
24-Terry McCarl 15.634 12) 5W-Lucas Wolfe 15.707 13) 49-Brad Sweet
15.772 14) 15H-Sam Hafertepe Jr. 15.816 15) 83-Tim Kaeding 15.856 16)
9-Joey Saldana 15.937 17) 1-Bronson Maeshen 15.945 18) 4X-Toni Lutar
16.100 19) 51-Lee Sowell 16.123 20) 22-Brian Ellenberger 16.186 21)
2B-Ben Gregg 16.302 22) 1J-Danny Jennings 16.355 23) 26-Rafe Essary
16.454 24) 80-Josh Hawkins 16.569 25) 51W-Wes Miller 16.698 26)
15k-Kerry McAlister 17.002

I kinda look for Brian Brown and Jack Dover to be there as well as maybe Zach Chappell. If I recall correctly without looking it up, I think Terry Gray and Moran Turpin was down in Mississippi and with Gray still running Wesmars, I can see them two going to Salina and stop at the motor shop for business.
That is true on the gas prices but if I wasn't grounded from going to the races I would be one of the first ones there.

I'm thinking you can add Aaron Berryhill to the list. He said he plans to run both 360 and 410 events this year with as many 410 events as possible.....this is in his back yard to pencil him in. Not so sure about Jack Dover attending this race. That is a long way to travel from Nebraska. I would guess Brian Brown will be there as well.
