He had a court date in Marion County, Ia. Something about kicking beer cans at some kids cleaning under the bleachers at the Nationals.

Hope this helps.

Dewease decided to plow an infield tire and take out 3 other solid cars including TK who was making his way into the top 10 at the time. Seems like Roth's cars are snake bit when it comes to racing with the outlaws. Why did he and the dude go separate ways?

Man I hate when drivers decide to wreck their cars and other people get caught up in in it. You would think they would do it when there isn't anyone around them.

It was nothing more than an unfortunate racing deal for all involved. Dewease clipped the inside tractor tire and bounced off right into the full speed path of Tim Kaeding. Tim then was knocked right into Steve Kinser. What a shame cause it seemed like Tim was on a move forward at that point. That was one nice looking race car too.

Dennis Roth knows the difference between being an innocent party to a wreck and causing one. Their team will be strong as ever when the Outlaws roll into Hanford and Tulare, both are tracks Tim has beat them at.
