Get experience at your local short track - build up your resume. Two or three years working on a semi-successful team will help enhance your options. Then get your class A commercial drivers license. Most teams can always use another truck driver. And then, if you get a job, expect to work 80+ hours per week with little time for yourself, and expect to eat a LOT of fast food.
Oh, and you might make $500/week....

I was going to post the same thing here. So is there any travailing teams out-there looking for help? I do have 13yrs experience around sprint cars. Have owned and raced my own stuff. Just cant afford to run it at this present time. So I though about looking to hit the road with a team as a crew member. Willing and wanting to learn allot more around sprint cars on set ups and the business side on how to run a team and see what it all takes at the upper levels. I thinks about racing it seems like 24/7 weather its driving a car or just wrenching on one.
