Winner of a 1977 State Fair Race at Hutchinson Terry Uehling's #27 sets in victory lane. Terry another Western Kansas legend from Ness City, KS. What legend is standing in the background watching the festivities?

Just a note about this type of Jelly car:
Jelly buily 4 of this type of car in 74-75. They were cross rear, spring front cars with the halo / "Grant King" style cage.
At one time I had 3 of the 4 cars at my shop in Fairview Okla. The #24 Jelly house car, the # 9 Art Bybee car and this # 27 Terry Ueling car.
I restored the 24 car. It is presently owned by a Chevrolet dealer in Wisconsin.
I gave the #9 car to Art. He restored it and sold it to Bryson Mills.
I still have the Ueling car and plan to restore it.
The 4th Jelly car like this was driven by Herb Copeland and is presently a restored roller owned by Mike Pogue. Denny Moore did the work for Mike.

Paul, would that 4th car be the same as #22 that Rick Salem drove. I thought it was the black #15 Herb drove? Was the black 15 and Poor Boys gold and white #15 the same car?
