Due to a few scheduling conflicts with previously scheduled events and the Chico date change the World of Outlaw event for Kings has been moved.
Friday March 18th is Giant Chevrolet Kings Speedway
Tickets go on sale Monday 1/3/11

i had not heard about the chico date changing. what is it changed to? i had hoped to hit the hanford and tulare back to back shows. this messes up that deal
to indy and beyond!!

The Tulare schedule posted at Latemodelracer.com shows the Tulare date being moved also. The April 1st Ocean/Merced thing is kinda suprising though.
Geez, I had fun.

It's on the Saturday Night Racer board. And the Tulare schedule is currently about 4 or 5 threads down on this page (didn't see it before). Tulare and Hanford are still back to back.

thanks gary. that moves the free weekend for the woo down the calender a bit. any events in this area that the woo guys can run in that time? i am sure the woo would waive the rule that says they can't run non woo tracks if teams ask.

I understand that Chico is now the 11th. and 12th. like GT said, Hanford the 18th. Tulare the 19th. Merced is now the 25th.and Calistoga the 26th. Leaving open April 1st. and 2nd. All this information is from a very reliable source.

thanks linda. even though that now seems to give the woo guys 3 weeks between shows i bet they are glad to be able to turn those rigs east sooner, where the speed limit is up and the price of fuel is down! lol.

Now I hear from my reliable source that Merced and Calistoga aren't going to move their dates up a week and will stand as originally scheduled Merced 4/1 and Calistoga 4/2!
