What track is it that has the sideboard on the fence in California. I've seen pictures before but never knew what track it was. Thanks

It's Watsonville/Ocean Speedway.
When a sprint car gets upside down, side panel of the wing of the offending car gets ripped off and put up on the turn 3 wall. After awhile, you get to see patterns forming, with the same guy having multiple pieces of his wing displayed on the turn 3 wall for all to see.

That's why I put up a Perri's video, they have signs around a good part of the track.

The Perris video? Wow, they allow fans to stand along the fence during sprint cars at speed, especially dangerous would be or could be between turns 3 and 4.
