USAC/CRA 410 SERIES RETURNS TO PERRIS AUTO SPEEDWAY IN 2011!
(DECEMBER 16, 2010, PERRIS, CA) Promoter Don Kazarian announced on Thursday that the USAC/CRA 410 Sprint Car Series will return to Perris Auto Speedway in 2011 and will be the headline series at the track for the eighth consecutive year.
"We are pleased that we will once again be the home track of the USAC/CRA Series and of traditional 410 Sprint Car racing in California in 2011," Kazarian said. "We plan to open the season March 12th and will close it with the 16th Annual Budweiser Oval Nationals on November 3rd, 4th and 5th. As has been the case the past seven seasons, the Oval Nationals will be a full points paying race for the USAC/CRA and USAC National Sprint Car Series."
The tentative schedule is listed below and Kazarian has indicated the June 11th date may have to be switched to August 6th.
March 12th
April 2nd
May 28th
June 11th
July 2nd
August 20th
September 24th
October 8th
November 3rd, 4th and 5th
2011 will be 16th consecutive season of racing at Perris Auto Speedway. The full schedule will be released within the next few days.

Thanks for posting Scott.
Now I can schedule all my other activities around the PAS.
Wish there were more races but I'll take what I can get.
Thanks.

A very sad schedule for 410 Sprint Car racing in Southern California. Better than nothing I guess, but not much. Every year we get less and less races. Hopefully the car counts will be good. Maybe if we turn out in good numbers, they will add some dates, but I doubt it.

If you love 410's, and are not averse to wings, Golden State King Of The West series has 7 races scheduled next year not that far away. 3 at Hanford, 2 at Tulare and 2 at Santa Maria. Between Perris and Jimmy's joint we got a pretty good slate down here. 410 wing show have been the best shows I have seen last year, with the exception of the Trophy Cup, which was the best show ever.

My good friend Racerdon will be spearheading an organized bus ride to those 410 winged events for the So-Cal fans. More details to follow as the season nears. I'm sure he will be more than happy to assist in this endeavor.
My other pal, Turn4Rob, will do the same for the winged ASCS 360 shows as well. I'm sure he will also be happy to assist.
Gentlemen: No need to thank me, your both welcome!
Merry Christmas

Who really cares about 410 racing at Perris anymore? I mean seriously, the car count has been down , competition level at an all time low, (reference the Oval Nationals where the local regulars absolutely got their ass's kicked).
No "Big name" drivers anymore, ok, David Cardey and Mike Spencer have somewhat dominated, but, their nothing more than big fish in a very small pond.
To me, 410 racing at Perris is a joke anymore, a few hundred people in the stands, 13-20 cars at each event, dry slick track, no passing, BORING.................................
Guess what folks, the "Golden Years" of competitive, exciting sprint car racing in So. cal has died, matter of fact, its an embarresment anymore, ya want real sprint racing? go to the midwest...............
