It's always a long winter but watching race footage on Youtube and B.S.ing on Hoseheads makes it better.

Yes I agree. I hate to say it, but I always look forward to the Holidays getting over quickly, as that means Chili Bowl time, and Florida openers are not too far away!

We need the off season though. Without it there would be little hope that our favorite driver is home getting things ready to come out and have "his year" with his old crew chief. wink

We just had the Western last month, and now...... As the Holiday's approach and we roll into 2011, Tucson's USA Raceway will kick off the new year honoring a great American racer and Tucson legend Roger McCluskey. Top sprint car drivers from across the country will migrate to the warmer climate to take part in the 7th Annual Roger McCluskey Classic and bring in the New Year with the first racing event of 2011.

The Roger McCluskey Classic which takes place the first weekend of the New Year enters its 6th year and has grown into a must see event. Top traditional sprint car drivers will tackle USA Raceway's 3/8-mile clay oval for two days on January 1st and 2nd as they look to capture the inaugural 2010 victory and add their name to past champions that include Josh Pelkey, Jesse Hockett, Jerry Coons Jr., Johnny Herrera and Rick Ziehl.

Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.

Is this the first time they have ran this event this early in the year?

"Nice work Kenny!!! well said." All I said was "We just had the Western last month, and now......" and the rest of it came right off USA's site..Gee, do you think they'll mind.

Are the main grandstands all the same price again this year, general admission? I can't seem to get that window to open on USA's site. Oh, you could be sitting up in the Glassed in V.I.P. section with Grady and the rest of those sissy's.. LOL
