Johnny Elam is part of the racing legends who entertained fans at Mohawk Speedway in Hutchinson, KS in the 50's. Johnny raced there through-out the 50's and I believe it was built in 1954.

Johnny is in a Springfield, MO hospital. I understand he has several issues, among one is heart issues. Johnny is on the YouTube videos I just uploaded driving one of Kenny "The Barber" Menards #42 or 43. His fans and friends from the day will remember Johnny.

I'm sure if anyone has any stories or would like to send their prayers to John the family could read them him. I understand a daughter and son

are there with their dad.

I checked and they don't have a internet service where you can send get well cards. But I have the address for USPS mail and cards etc would be great.
