We've collected, and are still collecting, lots of good raffle prizes. Hope to see you all there Tuesday, November 23rd. Some big names will be there racing!

Just 7 more days (Tuesday, November 23rd) until the 12th Annual "Fred Ercse Classic" slick kart race for charity, at Carson California's Go-Kart World.
This year's event is shaping up to be another great one, with a stacked roster of competitors expected. JJ Ercse, promoter and son of Fred Ercse, has collected (and still is) items for the racing T-shirt raffle, which also raises money for the cause.
Anyone interested in making a donation or becoming a sponsor can contact JJ @ (562) 706-6538 or [email protected]. JJ will be at Ventura Raceway this Saturday (November 20) for the "Fall Classic." See him at the USAC trailer if you'd like to contribute.

History of the Fred Ercse Classic
The "Fred Ercse Classic" started 12 years ago with an event held at GoKart World, shortly after Fred's passing. JJ Ercse & family started promoting the event in 1999, donating all proceeds to the American Heart Association in memory of Fred Ercse and others lost to heart disease. Over the years, thousands of dollars have been raised through this memorable cause.
This annual race is held during the week of the prestigious Turkey Night Grand Prix, so that many of the areas' top racers, race fans and national divers (many from the Midwest contingent) are in town to support this and the Turkey Night Grand Prix.
Donated race related items are being collected for the raffle, which will take place during the event. Anyone interested in donating can bring them to the event or contact JJ for arrangements.
