We are having a hard time with the design of the SFS Memorial T-Shirts. Some want it to read "Fairgrounds Speedway" and others would like to see "State Fair Speedway".
This is very hard for me to make the decision since I know both sides of the coin (the young and the old). I know my preference, but it is not my choice.
What would you like to see on the shirts ?

State Fair Speedway
...........or hardly anyone will know WTF the shirt is all about.
Man I went to that track from the time I was born in 82 til they tore it down - and I never knew it as anything other than State Fair Speedway. I get the traditionalism - but man it's not like the name was changed 5-6 years ago. It was a LONG LONG time ago. It was State Fair Speedway FORMERLY KNOWN AS FAIRGROUNDS SPEEDWAY that was torn down.
How much would could a wouldchuck chuck if a
wouldchuck could chuck would

I agree with Cody... It seems like it was called State Fair Speedway for more years than it was called Fairgrounds Speedway, of course correct me if I am wrong.
I think David needs to let everyone vote on it...

How hard would it be to incorporate BOTH names in to the t-shirt design?

I think State Fair speedway is proper since that is what it was called at the time of death.

I would get one no matter the name.

Maybe Fairgrounds Speedway on one side of the shirt with a pic of the older car and State Fair Speedway on the other side of the shirt with a pic of a most recent car......just an idea
