His FaceBook has him looking for a new ride next season. Im guessing Roth let him go again. That also means the 83 seat is open. Anyone got any more info on this?

If TK is truly out of the car at the end of the season, then I bet it will either be TMac or Pittman.  I don't really know what the issues are with Roth the last few years, but this car just doesn't seem to be nearly as dominate as it was when Lasoski was in it several years ago.  Many drivers have been in and out of this car and no one has been consistently successful.  I would sure hate to see either TMac or Pittman get in the car and have poor showings IMO.

that car is a revolving door, almost everyone has been in for 2 turns, wouldn't be surprised if one of its first drivers gets a second chance at the wheel after his awesome run this year filling in on the tour.

I've been told that there's a good chance that the Carnahan R19 team will close up shop at the end of the season. On top of that there is also a rumor that Haudenschild will be filling the vacancy in the Roth #83. We will see.

i like that r19. Hopefully they will rethink it and try Pittman or Tmac or Tatnell. There are some good drivers who could bring the car back in one piece and even some wins.

I drove nearly 3 hours tonight one way to watch the California Civil War Series race against the Taco Bravo Ocean Speedway 360 sprint series and was once again reminded why Tim "Kaeding" is the most exciting sprint car racer I have had the pleasure of watching. He had an early race spin after a "racing deal" tangle with Kyle Larson. They both got back going and started at the back. TK proceeded to lay waste to car after car on the lightning fast tight bullring. High/Low/Middle it didn't matter he was on an absolute mission. He made it up to 2nd place and was gaining quickly on the leader Tommy Tarlton when a caution came out thereby taking traffic out of the equation for the last hand full of laps. If you were there you know its no bull, TK leaves it all on the track. Nothing to spare no points chasing play it safe crap, just honest to goodness racing for the win. TK now owns the top 3 spots in my all time best drives I have witnessed. He made sure to thank Dennis and Teresa Roth as there appears to be no bad blood amongst them. He did mention how much he loves racing the exciting California tracks like Ocean Speedway. Also stated that "who knows I may just start my own team and tow in next year with an open trailer". No doubt if he does he will still be the most entertaining driver on the track. TK thank you for making my night!

Talking with Sammy is always a one sided affair as he listens and then corrects the misstatements you offer. I see him staying where he is because he is having fun inspite of tire problems, Kevin's great start in #9 and his age. He is still the best there is with a top notched ride and can bring a bum ride home placing well. Never seen him pull a car off for breaks, smoke or bumps. He loves to win and enjoys putting new things in the ride to go faster. Seldom have I seen him blow an engine running in the back of the pack, and that's why Tony will put him in a TSR #1 and Kevin in his development program if he wants 2 top notch performances each time the flag drops.
Run Sammy run.... run Jeff run ... run Kevin run...
Rest of you folks get out of the way....

Tim is a W of O caliber driver/winner with less than W of O equipment, his stuff is often tired and used up. You CAN'T compete with the best if you don't run the best stuff, period end of story. Take It Easy...

Let's not forget that the spin was Tk's own fault not a tangle with Larson, Larson was an innocent driver who had no where to go when TK decided to step on it. He may be an exciting driver, but he has his faults as any other driver. Let's not forget about the actuall winner, Tommy Tarlton who was also exciting to watch. Tommy pulled away from Tk (your eyes must of been shut) Tk never came close to Tommy on the restarts. Why wouldn't he thank Dennis and Theresea? They are the only ones who has put up with the drama and crashing of their equipment and still let him race. He owes everything to them. If he had the talent you think he has, then why hasn't KKR or TSR or some big shot picked him up yet? Give credit where credit is due, congrats Tommy on a great win!

TK may have some luck with WOO, but he is a tiny fish in a big pond. Roth has the best equipment, why would a owner who has been racing for years have used up equipment? When TK has a bad night everyone is so quick to blame everyone else but the DRIVER! When Saldana, Meyers, Kinser, Schatz, etc.. have bad nights do you say they have used up equipment too? Tk can compete with the best on the equipment side of things, but on the mental side of things he is not there. The 83 car has a great team and great equipment, but the lack driver skills.

if roth has the best equipment then why did it blow up and loose a muffler while up front at dirt cup then have fuel problems at gold cup prompting roth to send the team home? are you quick to blame tim for that? even the best drivers can't perform well when the car is falling apart under them. those are not the only examples of equipment failing this year. give tim a good solid piece and the chances are good he is going to do one of two things...win it all, or wear it all out. and when the pressure is on from a frustrated car owner, those chances go up on both sides. how many drivers are you going to blame when the team has the same problems and troubles with every driver. something needs to change on that team for sure...and it is not just about the driver. the roth team has always been one to try this and that and change something here and there until everything has been changed and tried and the only thing that has happened is it has gone backwards. the only reason we even talk about the team is because it is high profile and roth has the good fortune to be able to afford to do what he wants when he wants, and he does. this is not a slam on roth or his team or the people on it as they all seem to be very dedicated to the sport and i am sure are not lacking in effort. still the 83 team is a roller coaster. with all that said, i hope they find a solution some where because the sport needs them.
