We had a chance to meet Troy at the Slinger Speedway a few weeks back. He sure seemed like a champion when we talked with him. My daughter wrote about in her column here on Hoseheads and he treated her like a queen. Congratulation to this most deserving champion. I must thank The Slinger Speedway and Must See Extreme folks for a perfect evening. If you missed it you missed a super show. New world record in qualifying by Jeff Bloom in the high nine second. I can only hope this group comes back to Slinger

Hint - there are a bunch of videos embedded on the page from Winchester, Salem, Kalamazoo and others - and they're very well done -- but fairly large files and the page tries to load them all so it takes FOREVER for any of them to start playing .... so scroll to one you want to watch and right-click it and save it = a LOT faster.
