Geez, he went up to the midwest to cherry pick those races against those guys. I bet there are rumblings amongst those regulars that if he does it again they won't race that series anymore.
And to think that his family scheduled a Lone Star race at Kilgore this weekend just for him and he didn't even show up to compete.
Shame on you Jason, shame on you.....
ps: This was sarcasim post referring to previous thread from somebody who was whining about him showing up at Gulf South shows and winning all the time - just all in fun here.

congrats to JJR team,
and David good one, even got me going for a second, LOL the smile face and a bit of thought was enough for me to get it, but the footnote should help those, other than sarcasm might be too complicated of a word

Jason Johnson is the "team" this year, having a great season...he never fails to acknowledge his sponsors, family, and fans. Congrats and thanks to all the racers who made two great shows. Great racing, great weekend in Nebraska. Hope to return to these tracks.....

Congrats to JJR. This team needs stiffer competition! I hope to see them chasing Outlaws soon.

Great race last night. Over plenty early even for those of us who have to be at work at 7 in the morning.
Jason was hooked up and moving to be sure. Handled the track conditions better than Dover who stepped on his manhood.
This race is definitely one that everyone needs to see. Last 2 years have been fantastic. I'm just glad I got off from overtime to see it. Scored a couple free t-shirts and some other booty. Got to see those hot beauty contest girls, had a cold one or 3. What more could you ask for $15???

His family does not schedule the Lone Star Region races. They run the Gulf South region. Smart guy.

Someone has to put the cherries in the basket. It use to be Danny Lasoski and Guy Forbrook for years then everyone said it was Terry McCarl. There will always be a big fish in the little pond !!!!

Did anybody at McCool or Eagle talk to JJ and ask what they are doing this coming weekend? ASCS doesn't race until the following weekend so wondering what the chances are of seeing the JJR team at Spencer and Deer Creek.

Maybe because Steve and Donny were at a WoO points race that just happened to pay better than the 360 nationals! Ya think??

If you are talking about last Saturday night (11th) the "big boys" were committed to the final night of the Gold Cup.
Jason Meyers picked up $50K for the win. I think that is more than the ASCS pays out...in an entire season!

Just another reason why JJR should jump in the "big" puddle! I think he could be competitive after a few races with the Outlaws.

checkered, this has been kicked around quite a bit.
My feeling is.....IF there is some owner running the tour who felt JJ had what it takes to win with them he would ALREADY be running with the travelers.
Again, just MY four-cents.

Let's see, what's worse, the JJR cheater theorists or the bandwagon JJR supporters. Yep, its official, you guys that are up JJR's arse are the worst. Get a life. If he was all that he'd be with the big boys, as stated above. JJ is a really good racer and needs to move on up the ladder.
