Seems like the DTR 83 team has issues that aren't related to TK. He brings it every night. Maybe he needs a ride without all the drama.

Would you mind sharing with us those "issues?"

Before you rip me a new one...I'm only an outside observer who attends about 20 races a year including the Knoxville Nationals. My comment wasn't directed at TK whom I think has a lot of talent and is capable of a podium finish on any given night.
How many crew chiefs have they gone through in the last 2 years?
How many "sick" engines have they had in the last 3 months including the Nationals?
How many other top teams have had a DQ for a muffler falling off after a podium finish? In fact have you ever heard of this with a top team?
They claim they have the best equipment so it comes down to the talent within the organization.
Looks like they just aren't there when it comes to pre race prep and the crew turnover.
Just my opinion.

Wow...for once a post about TK I totally agree with! Thanks rdstr63, you really just made my day even better.
Btw, I just love how people who don't go to the races have such an opinion about what happens at the racetrack.

My opinion only here, the 83 DTR team is a great local team, winning 6 GSC challenge races, 3 Taco Bravo races and a Chico friday night show, in about 15 appearances this season. He was beating guys like Kyle Larson 9 out of 11 times at GSC shows, and 3 out of 3 at Taco Bravo shows, Jon Allard, BK, Tarlton and Bud Kaeding and others more often regularly. But, when the team hits the road, not so much of a good showing for themselves and any local momentum gained is lost on the road. Just goes to show how a team needs to step up its program on the road, or it will be a hard, humbling experience, like it has been for TK on the road this season. BTW, TK is one of my favorite drivers, so this is no knock on him personally.

I think each of the points brought up in these post could all be valid issues. Just goes to show how incredibly tough it is out there on the road and that includes the AllStars series as well. Looking at those stats hard to argue who has been the best California racer when he has been here this year TK not Kyle Larson.

What did Larson do steal your girlfriend or something? Every chance you get your slamming him. Just makes you look like a fool ya know. Your no big winner, giant loser maybe but definitely no winner.
Cheers!

You must realize your comparing a 32 year old with many years of national Sprint Car experience with an 18 year old kid. I'm having a hard time believing anyone is that ignorant but you manage to prove it most every time you post here genius. Why do you think drivers like JJ Yeley, Bryan Clauson and the late Jesse Hockett had the young man pilot their cars when he was just 17?
This thread wasn't even about Kyle Larson. Why don't you reveal your real agenda for us?
