Wayne Wiseley had a stroke/heart attack over the weekend. He had one surgery today. He will have open heart surgery sometime in the next few days and will remain in the hospital for approx. 3 weeks. He is at St. Francis rm 502. The phone 918-502-1509. He would love to hear from his fellow racers.

About that almost as famous van in the background.

Wade tell Wayne to hang in there I'm going through it right now also, Just got out of the Hutchinson Hospital this morning.

I Have been trying to eat right for the last 4 years. I add no salt to any of my food. Cut all pop out, drinking water, grape juice, some decaf coffee and orange juice. Eating high fiber foods. Have not had a cig since 9/17/2006. Mymain goal is exercise and get the weight off. The last two weeks I have been doing a lot of walking after the hot weather exited.

I'm bumping up the exercise as soon as my groin is healed up.

Wayne #19 #20 thanks for the memories from all of us here at the Racing From The Past family I'm sure and get well quick!
