Hats off to all of them. A lot of people don't realize how much training goes into being a fire/rescue worker. It's a big commitment and I'm sure most do it at the track because they are also race fans. It doesn't pay much and it's dangerous but we couldn't enjoy our sport without them.

Here! Here!! The men and women on the safety crews are amazing! I'm sure there is many a racer who lived to see another day because of a dedicated safety crew at some track. God bless them all, and here's hoping they know that we the fans appreciate them as well as the drivers.

Absolutely hats off to the fire and safety crews. If you head to the pits after the race, take a minute to say thanks in person to one of them. You'll probably shock them, but they'll appreciate it, I'm sure.
Also a big thank you to the guys and gals in the push trucks. I seriously wonder how much of the racing they acutally ever get to see, but we couldn't have a sprint car race without them! I don't know if they get more than a tank of gas at most tracks, but there is a lot of miles put on over a season in working in the track and pushing cars off.
