No place on the planet I'd rather be in Sept than Chico, CA. I had the wonderful opportunity to cover 10 of them and not a single bad memory of those 40 days. Robbie and John were the best hosts at any racetrack I ever covered, throw in JP (John Perry) and what he does for the fans, etc and you have three of the better people on this earth. John Padjen bringing me a 7 oz Rum and splash of Coke and a Bikini Judge badge meant it was Friday night and pavillion time, nobody ever fogets that party, easily the single best sprint car party of the year. Enjoy everyone, I truly am jealous, Take It Easy....
