The count was low at Rock Rapids, about 15. Is it getting better?

Why was the car count so low at Rock Rapids? They have a nonwing class that runs there weekly don't they?

The non wing cars at Rock Rapids are 360s, plus they had their own heats and features that night.

I followed the whole tour in 2008 and they had between 22-28 I beleive. It's a fun tour, but 15 is getting a bit low.
