I would like to take a minute to personally thank Tim Engler, Steve Huggins and Doug Wolfgang for their contributions to our success this season along with our strong run at the 360 Nationals (even though it ended sooner than we had hoped).

Posting the fasting qualifying time on Thursday night of 15.875 was a great start to our weekend.

Driving around Jason Johnson and Tim Keading in the heat race was really the defining moment of our weekend. We all know how difficult it is to transfer through that first heat race. Chad made a gutsy move and a superior balance of horsepower, handling and skill on Chad's part helped put our machine on the pole of the biggest 360 race of the year.

Getting the jump on the start and leading the first part of the race would have to be the icing on our cake - at least for this year.

I am very proud to say that the engine in our car was built by Marvin Brees and myself in our own shop right here in gold ol' Lincoln, NE.

Congratulation to all of the other manufacturers and engine builders for their success at the 360 Nationals. It's just nice to know that we can still do some things ourselves, or maybe a little bit differently and still be able to have an opportunity to outrun the competition.

The beauty of the ASCS series is that it gives the racers a lot of options. Whether you are buying a used engine, and new engine or building one yourself, you know that if you get a good piece and get your car handling well you can compete with the best of the best!

Get well soon, Wayne, Travis & Terry!

Sincerely,

Mark Burch

That was pretty cool to see you guys up front with the field that was running. Sharp looking car btw. Best of luck for the rest of the year.
