The feature looked like another runaway win for Lealand McSpadden in the Lewis #1 until a lapped car pinched the leader against the wall on lap 27.

Mike Sweeney, 1/4 lap behind, used that incident and a lap 28 yellow to propel him and the Morales #4 past a limping McSpadden.

McSpadden then held off a hard charging Ron Shuman (Ulyate #3DB) for 2nd.
