It seems fitting that Ralph Capitani hangs it up after this years Nationals. Let a great promoter take over the famed half mile.

Are u joking, what happens if a fan complains ,Terry loses it and wants to beat on him.? When Ralph decides to retire, I hope they get a Pro like Brian Sickle to take over.

McCarl or Stickle???? OMG! If Knoxville can't do any better than that, just let Robuck run it. At least we'll all get a good laugh...kinda like when you watch COPS.
Cappy ain't going anywhere...at least not horizontally. They will have to carry him out of there directly to the undertaker.

Hiring Stickel would be the worst mistake they could make, for all parties involved. I seriously doubt the man knows the difference between a non-wing sprint car and midget.
We'd have trailer races and basketweaving tournaments if this were to happen.

I just read 1 great idea and 1 terrible idea. The good one is for McCarl to take over Knoxville. I don't always agree with his attitude but he knows the fans pay the bills. He cares about the sport and not his own agenda. The terrible one is for Sickle to take over. This guy doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. If you don't like be around Terry you would really hate this jerk. I would rather see Arleta run it.

If you want to complain about how Ralph has ran Knoxville, you need to get a slap to the face. Come over to Husets and see what the Rubins have done to that track over the past 5-10 years!!!
