San Jose, CA - May 12, 2010...BK Motorsports crew member Joey "Batts" Bataglia is geared-up and ready to make his 4-Banger season debut this Friday night at the Ocean Speedway in Watsonville, California.
The event will be Batt's third career 4-Banger start and his first aboard the Joey Batts Racing No. b1 special, which he recently had delivered thanks to a number of great racing sponsors and supporters around the speedway, who chipped into the fund.
"I'm excited to get back on the track and have been working hard to get ready," said the San Jose resident. "I really want to thank everyone that helped out and are sponsoring me for the 2010 season. I can't believe how many people are helping out and I really appreciate it because it's a long list of people, racers, fans and business'."
Batts is exptected to have passenger seat in the car on Friday and will be giving rides to various people during the evening. "I'm definitley going to want to ride with Joey for sure on Friday," said Elk Grove resident Kyle Larson. "Joey seems like a guy that will put the hammerdown and I'm excited to watch it in person and hopefully be a part of it first-hand."
