After further discussion, it was decided that the "Old Timers" from Eagle should be honored along with those from Midwest Speedway; especially since lots of the drivers raced at both tracks.
So, let's get the word out to the folks who competed at both Midwest and Eagle during the 60's and 70's to get ahold of Roger at (402) 238-3766.
On June 26th we are going to set up a table at the races for them to sign autographs and just "bench race" with the fans. If they have scrap books that they would like to share with the public, so much the better.
So, if you know anyone who raced at these 2 great facilities in the 60's and 70's let them know about our little plan to put them back in the spotlight.
I am lucky enough to work at one of the best tracks
anywhere.
