the main event ended up like this: justin sanders, bud kaeding, tommy tarlton, pete murphy, BK, kyle larson, eric rossi, shane golobic, kurt nelson, devon ostheimer, ronnie day, ricky wright, brad furr, jerry bonnema, cory eliason, matt sargent, craig smith, justyn cox, wayne katen, steve osborne, jon maiwald, nick ringo jr.
unofficially i think larson will get the sun electric hard charger award. he and shane golobic both advanced 9 positions from what i can tell, but i'm pretty sure the car finishing furthest forward gets the award in the event of a tie. at least that is the way i have always seen it done.
it was a good race even though sanders won from the pole. he did a good job as justyn cox was pressuring him till cox got together with a lapped car and did a 360 spin and kept going but got tagged with a rough driving call and sent to the back. bud and tommy racing for third and fouth respectivly before that was a heck of a race as well. bud did great coming from 8th to 2nd but just couldn't put a run together to get sanders.
p.s. i have since been told that justyn cox was sent to the back for causing the yellow. Hmmm, i might have an opinion on that (what else is new) when i write this weeks buzz report.
