well this shows what kind of bargain the admission price was in kansas(9.00)
Im sure it worth the money, my question is why is there such a price difference and its the same series.

Can we say former Nascar driver actually racing instead of jsut signing autographs. Schrader was not at Whicita. Just my guess anyhow

No, each and every single event at 81 Speedway in Wichita is just $9.00 for adult general admission. This includes all NCRA shows and the USMTS show they had a couple of years ago (which I believe was $8.00 then as they went up $1.00 this year).
