Im sick and tired of people crying about what is wrong with sprint car racing, so lets talk about the improvement of Austin McCarl. That kid has improved a ton from last year, I wouldn't be shocked if he picked up a win or two this year.

I think he still has some things he needs to work on a little bit, but he sure looked impressive to me

Ditto.....I don't think last year with two groves he would be able to hold 2nd as long as he did.
Great job Austin.

I am very excited to see what Austin can accomplish this season. He's also got Glenn Freeland as his crew chief which definately won't hurt any. Let's go Austin! ![Smile](/images/Main/smile_100x100.gif)
PS: Did anyone see the wound the kid had on his left arm? I'm assuming it was from the tire exploding. One tough ass kid! He was out signing autographs for the kids when the ambulance showed up to treat him...then he went back to signing when they were done. Like father like son!
