I see Jac won at Paducah in a XXX chassis. So I assume this was the first WoO win for this brand. I believe they were using Maxims last year.

WHAT??? With all the trash talk from the people on message boards, how can this be??? I took it that XXX were junk??? I thought that people who had "sources" but never owned an actual car would know as much as anyone. (P.S., I run one and I would rate it in the top 2 cars that I have ever had) Please don't bash me, I just don't know why people can't get past where something is made. The way I look at it, they made racing a little more affordable for a lot of people. They are helping the racers more than any manufacturer out there right now. It all comes down to the all mighty $$$, and XXX is helping us save some. So why not say thanks for saving me some money instead of bashing them into the dirt? $.02

We have also raced a XXX chassis and had no problem with it, it was fast and competitive,
We now race another china made chassis named QT, ( QuickTime ) which is made in the same factory as the XXX . This chassis is different and certainaly better and faster then the XXX, it is an Australian design chassis.

I just bought a car designed and built by Kevin Olson and that thing works way better than the trevis car i have been driving.

Nice Pontiac! Are you a POCI member? In case you don't know, the Pontiac Oakland Club
International convention is in Charlestown, W. V. this year in July the week and weekend after the 4th. Expecting around 500 Pontiacs, Oaklands and GMC's.
I have 3 Pontiacs, a 3 year old, a 44 year old and a 53 year old.

I guess we shouldn't read the bible anymore either since it is made "over there". Like it has all been said before, how are you posting if you refuse to have foreign made products in your home? Computers, TV's, cell phone, cars, refrigerator, microwave, shall I go on............

I love all XXX (chassis) threads... they bring out the best in posters. ROFL
XXX has had one of their own (owner, president, pr dude, something) post multiple times in here... he does an excellent job of calling bluffs (all the "I heard from a guy that knows a guy that knows a guy whose mother cuts my 4th cousin's best friends' neighbor's hair"crud that populates this board).
He made a comment about some custom order chassis being built domestically (that means in the U.S.) but that the majority of their chassis are built in China.
I also will continue to stand by the belief that no one in America is near as American in their product choices as they think they are.

I might be wrong, but I thought they were made in Cal. Doesn't Jason Meyers run a XXX?

Meyers runs a KPC chassis. Steve Kent builds them. Seem to be more and more of them out there. Roger Crockett runs one in the NW and he does pretty good with it. TK runs one. I believe Madsen is gonna run one as well. I am sure there are others...sorry if I missed them.
Congrats to the R19 team and to XXX chassis. A win is a win...who gives a shit where they are made? The only cup car that is built in the US is the toyota. Go figure
