As mentioned on the front page news, alot of tracks are opening their 2010 race season tonight in the state of Oklahoma.

I know that Gene Weaver, Nathan Bischell and Jeremy Gossett will be at Clinton for their opener. "The Kid" Rodney "the Rocket" Sanders was in his sport mod last night at Enid so I could see him at Clinton as well, using it as a test and tune for the Friday Night, April 30th USMTS southern series event.

After a successfull season opener at the track for the recent NCRA events, Elk Citys I-40 Speedway will kick off their weekly racing season as well.

Lake Country Speedway is still on with new promoter Cameron Wilson at the helm of promotion.

Tri-State Speedway in Fort Smith is going to run the annual Kegger again, without the Show-Me late models.

But perhaps the biggest is Brill Motor Speedway in Meeker for their 2010 weekly season opener. With Creek County not yet running and alot of those guys and former Fairgrounds Speedway racers ready to race, there should be a full pit area to night at Meeker. Especially in the two barrel sprints and modifieds.

If you going to Meeker my suggestion is to get there early. The pits fill up fast.
