*UPDATE*
SPEED's Chili Bowl coverage moves to Sunday, February 14 at 3pm ET. The move was necessary because Friday's NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race was postponed because of rain and rescheduled for Saturday night live on SPEED.

Yeah, but all they are going to see is hilites from the other 4 nights, 2 Bs and the A plus a bunch of interviews and tech pieces. If you want to see all of the racing and action they never caught, you need to buy the video of all 5 days.

True - about the racing and the coverage. I think this has to have been the best Chili Bowl I have been to (since about '95) - especially the preliminary nights. That's why we purchased the video of all 5 nights while we were there.

Nice that it's being aired in an alternate slot away from Daytona ... but my 75 year old mother and my 7 year old son will be in bed by then ... and they both were wanting to see the race I rave about every year. I can at least show my son a DVR'd replay but my mother in IL has no DVR ... or even VCR ... and tomorrow she'll be watching that race at Daytona.

Sorry, but I won't thank SPEED for moving it. The 800 pound gorilla wins out again, shoving real racing aside to sometime when no one will be watching it.

Wow, thanks a million on the heads-up on this one. Jees, I always thought I searched the "Motorsports" title on the tv guide channel so da**ed great to not miss any racing. Speed had a couple of last year's Lucas Oil late model shows rerun and I must have thought it was those. Love late models, but not the 3rd time and a year old.

Thanks Carol. I know U will Njoy our coverage so much more than the TV show. Johnny and Bobby do a much better job of announcing and they know so much more about the drivers. I will start shipping out next week for all those that ordered the video in Tulsa.

Speed Channel needs to run it again and let everyone know instead of running old reruns of Pinks or some other BS show ...

And the most annoying thing was that never even once during the Truck race did they bother to tell us when the Chili Bowl was going to be on. They, like everyone else it seems, assumes that you are sitting there watching TV with your laptop constantly at the ready.
Around here in the winter schools get delayed or closed by snow. They put some of the closings on the bottom of the screen, but then they always say, "For the COMPLETE list, go to our website"
I call it the "FU if you don't own a computer syndrome".
