How do you redeem the USAC rainout for future events?
Can I watch 2 hours of the All Star races and 2 hours of the 360 races, or does it have to be the same event?
Also, since I purchased the full USAC package, how do I watch archived events? All I seem to get is a pop up asking for my credit card again.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you in the right page (the USAC Viewer screen)? It sounds like your in the wrong viewer window which would cause the CC screen to come up. To watch the archive click "VIEW LIST" on the upper right and the Video On Demand will come up.

How so? It is a rip off that we gave the USAC viewers a FREE night even though we did not have to?

Racecastlive has probably the best picture quality of anything I have seen on the internet, and I ain't lying. I have been watching the past week everything from the UMP modifieds to Lucas Oil late models to the USAC sprints and the coverage is outstanding. Announcers are really good and you can actually keep up with what they are saying.
I highly recommend purchasing this as I feel you will not be disappointed. And no I am not a stock holder either. Just a fan who calls it like I see it.

Dean Mills is shooting the video there. Needless to say, at least they have a good cameraman.

Thank you for getting things straightened out!
Video quality is the best I've ever seen on an internet webcast.
Weather's one of those uncontrollable factors.... Hope we don't repeat last year with rain every weekend.

Next question will be, will they give refunds for rained out events?

Your prompt, positive reply speaks well of the service you provide to the fans. Have heard great reports about the coverage as well.
