Are the USAC races at East Bay going to to streamed live on their website like they were last year?

I read on Indianaopenwheel.com that they are going to be streamed on the racecastlive website and you have to pay for it... won't be on the free USAC site...
get on the indianaopenwheel forum for details.
Loose is when you hit the wall with the rear of the
car, tight is when you hit the wall with the front of
the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and
torque is how far you move the wall.

Watching hot laps now. This is by far the highest quality live internet broadcast that I have ever seen. Amazing!
