Nice photos. I still remember the first time I saw a sprint car race, 1978 at Dewey,OK. WoO and Rick Ferkel won over Shane Carson. It was a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. The place was packed.

One thing I really liked about Ferkel, he didn't run nerf bars. Too much weight I guess.
