The next ORA meeting is February 10, 2010 at Wiley Post party bldg.
It starts at 8:00PM.

Glen, how about inviting the Mayoral candidate, Steve Hunt, to the ORA meeting and see what his views are on racing. See my post about him.

And if Mr. Hunt doesn't think that the race fan base is strong enough then he could also just take a peak at this website, which is non-biased, not mulit-millionaire owned and vast reaching to the OKC race oreinted person.

Hey Secretary isnt this the most important meeting to date. All Drivers and owners and I meen ALL Drivers and owners need to be there.
One thing for sure, is this organization needs numbers and your support even if you dont race with them will help central Oklahoma racing and the fans.
Things are changing for the better I do believe!

Thanks for your advice I'll give it some cosideration. But the truth now is that there will be alot of finger pointing. Such as why didnt more get behind Save Statefair Speedway, Why didnt Lanny do more for the City, Why didnt the city or Fairboard keep up the Facility, Why didnt the Racers buck up and fix it themselves, etc. In my opinion that is not where the focus needs to be, it needs to be where we go from here. The past is history!
If some of my comments in the past have hurt your feelings to bad there is good and bad in all situations. By the way I dont hide behind a screen name, Care to come out of the closet?
