We at Save Fair Speedway LLC are not giving up. Like I said at the ORA meeting we will be here till the very end. We are still going to be at the racers auction tomorrow, we are still going to have the signing party next Thurs night and we are still going to have the rally on the 30th.
We as well as everyone else feel as if this is a big kick in the gut but I am not taking this lying down. I have told people we might have lost a battle but we are still in the War.
We had heard from listening to courtroom banter after the case on what it might take to save this track as far as a money figure. I will not post this figure as I know there are some that will go that is never reachable. However, I would post it if I knew we had the backing of the racing community to raise those funds. I feel as if this case has brought us closer as a community than we have ever been before.
As a few of the other board members said after we discussed this case GAME ON.
Lets win the WAR.

in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he
stands at times of challenge and controversy."
