Exactly what time is the hearing? 9:00 or 9:30. I will get there plenty early but just need to know how early. Got my cut off shorts dry cleaned yesterday and my '84 Winter Nationals t-shirt spray and washed so i'm ready to go!

If you're going to wear those items, I would suggest you arrive there around 4 or 4:30.
