Be on the look out for the Journal Record next week. There is going to be a story about the track in there.
Talked to the guy this morning and he said the story should run no later than Thrus. It is penciled in for next Tues.

The Journal Record ran a great front page, with picture, article concerning the Chili Bowl this past Tuesday. Not accustomed to seeing racing articles in that paper. The article described the $2 million impact on the local economy. The Mayor of Tulsa and Sullivan, U. S. House of Representatives were at the Chili Bowl and were quoted in the story. Not sure who wrote the article but it was 100% pro racing.

The local paper, the Tulsa World, ran an article, stating the impact is $15 million. Just a tad more than 2.
