28 sprints
1st--Rick Ziehl
2nd--Johnny Herrera
3rd--Charles Davis, Jr.
4th--Dave Darland
5th--Mike Martin
Herrera led the first 10 laps from inside row 2 start, Ziehl started 6th and was 2nd by lap 4. He chased Herrera after a lap 11 yellow, chipping away at a large deficit, and made his winning pass on lap 11 by running the top of the track.
Mike Spencer was out by turn 2 of lap 1 with a broken wheel.
Ronnie Clark flipped on the back after one lap. On the restart, Bobby Taylor spun in turn 1, collecting Darland. Darland kept going, but pitted in the infield for repairs, started at the rear and made late race progress to get a 4th.
Track had 2 distinct grooves and was one of the better McCluskey Classic mains in the 6 years of the event.
