After 14 years of research I'm pleased to announce the printing of "Memories of the California Jalopy Association". The nostalgia book is 288 glossy pages long with over 1,550 jalopy racing action photos, all from Southern California during the years 1938 to 1969. The book also has many early figure-8 photos of the pre-war coupes at Ascot Park from 1962 to 1969. More than 170 former drivers, owners, officials, families, and fans contributed memorabilia that is included in the book. Parnelli Jones has wrote the "Foreword" for the book.
