I know things don't last forever. I would understand if we were told "hey, you are gonna have one last farewell season here, then we're gonna tear it down for these reasons". To do it they way they are, in the off season semi-unannounced, really stinks. I feel jipped. I never would have thought the last race there was that freezing night of winter nats.

What if we could run one last season doing all afternoon shows. Saturday afternoon or Sunday afternoon. I know we would still need electricity, but not as much. Just a thought.

Just stay positive.

thats right catpup.

don't give up til the thing comes down.

i doubt day racing would be a great idea. What gets me is over 4 million of maps3 is for improvements to the Cox Center so the Blazers can still play there - and yet they are going to tear it down. Whats wrong with the 50k to fix the electrical so we can have a couple more seasons. A couple more seasons could do some good. It would buy the time we need to organize a final massive effort - and even if that was unsuccesful - it would buy enough time for another track (QUALITY track) to be built (or maybe in BMS case - massively upgraded).

just a thought.

How much would could a wouldchuck chuck if a
