Are the radious rods the same on the 87" & 88" cars? Are the rear radious rods the same on 39" and 40" setbacks? Thanks

The radius rods are typically the same for both 87/88 inch wheel base and 39/40 inch setback.
23.5" LR, 24" RR (rod length)

Where do they get the extra inch or couple inches from? The center of the frame?

The radius rods on a 88 vs. 87 inch car are not the same. You will need to add the extra inch onto the front radius rods. The radius rods on our 88" car are 23 1/2 on the right side 22 1/2 on the left.

Been a long time since I had a 39" car so I don't remember the exact lengths but I do know I had to buy new radius rods when I went to a 40" car.
