GOOD NEWS ... By Brad Vores Greg is planning on racing Jim and Sandy Kline's #22 Friday night at Williams Grove and Saturday at Lincoln. Greg was fitted into his seat today and feels good and will give it a whirl this weekend. Hopefully things will be alright and Greg is comfortable on the race track and can continue injury free for the season!

HODNETT BACK ON INJURY LIST
Greg Hodnett had some bad thoughts while sitting in York Hospital last Saturday afternoon.
After taking another trip to the hospital and suffering a fractured shoulder blade in a crash at Lincoln earlier that day, Hodnett thought maybe it’s time for him to do something else.
Hodnett has had the worst luck of any driver in recent years with broken bones. Last year he broke his leg in a crash at Port Royal, then injured his arm at Williams Grove before breaking a foot in a test session at the Grove in December.
Hodnett is going to try to compete this weekend in the J & S Fabrication No. 22 sprinter. He got some seat time at the shop yesterday and feels he will be able to race the car. Should he have any major pain, he will pull the car off the speedway.

Greg just can't seem to catch a break, err, well you know what I mean, it seems to happen to the good guys for some reason. Brooke Tatnell had the same luck for years as well. Two of the nicer guys in the sport but certainly have had more than their share of misfortune. All the best to both class acts, Take It Easy...

STILL SORE ... By Brad Vores
A week after fracturing his shoulder blade at Lincoln Speedway, Greg returned to Williams Grove on Friday night. After finishing third in his heat, Greg drew the #12 pill for feature lineup. He would end up finishing 15th in the non stop 25 lap event.
Greg and the J & S team opted to sit out Saturday night to allow more healing time for the injury.
Greg hopes to be back in the seat this week beginning Thursday at Susquehanna.
