A little over 15 years ago I sold a 100" car to a guy from okc he had a few restored midgets that he would bring to the chilli bowl,I was wondering if anyone may know who I am speaking of.... It was a torsion rear ,leaf spring front. a old main rail car I never did know the chassis manufacture ..just wondering what happened to it ....... thanks ,chip email [email protected]

Wasn`t the only one who build the 100 inch car nance? I know gambler started building in the early 80 build they went under. Who else build them other then nance?

There were quite a few companies that built 100" cars. It just depends what era to narrow them down.

NANCE,WALKER,PARSON,STANTON,BECK,GRANT KING,EDMUNDS,JELLY,STINGER,CHALLENGER,GILMORE,HANCOCK,MALONE,GRICE,BIGNOTTI(DESIGN ONLY),HOWERTON,DENNY MOORE,ALVIN BENNET,B AND T,
and that is just a start. Most built a springer, torsion rear version first.

There was a nance book that came with it there was a chassis that looked like it in there and a old speedway catalog had a cae chassis in there that looked like it... guy I bought it from raced in nebreska his name was laverne case. I dont rember if I ask who he got it from just rember he traded a harley for it... oh ya it had a 302 chevy motor came out of a 69 z28 when I got it...cae rear end 3 speed trany
