If Bradford did'nt get hurt it would of been a whole different season for OU. But got to admit I'm glad OSU now know who they really are.

Now then, OSU can go back and sit down and shuddup. They did have a good year but Sooners prevail. Gotta love a shut out.
Now if my Sooners can go find an offensive coordintator who has a clue.

um......common sense check!
OU loses BCS games - OSU can't get there,
You must not watch ESPN man. I mean - AT ALL. Otherwise you would have known - if OSU won today they were all but LOCKED into the Fiesta Bowl. Here's what espn wasn't talking about as well lol.
If you look at the BCS - there were basically 2 slots open and 4 teams in contention - and I'll even tell why first - just in case you didn't hear this all week long.
Florida - IN (title game if they beat bama) Alabama - IN (title game if they beat florida) Texas - IN (title game if they beat Nebraska - likely still in even if they lose) TCU - IN Ohio St. - IN (big 10 winner) ACC Winner -IN (likely Ga. Tech) Big East Winner - IN (Cincy still has to play PITT) Pac 10 winner - IN (winner of Oregon/Oregon St. next saturday)
that leaves 2 spots open - the only way that changes is if Nebraska beats Texas. Because Texas would still go to a BCS game as an at-large - so if that was to somehow happen - Nebraska and Texas would be in the BCS - leaving only 1 spot open. but outside of hope lol - there will likely be 2 spots open.
the teams contending for those 2 spots going into today: Boise State Oklahoma State Penn State Iowa
past that - it's all 3 loss teams - and no 3 loss team would ever get an at large bid (except for notre dame, of course lmao)
OSU just choked away their chance for an inaugural BCS bid - probably for a while too. OSU's loss puts Boise State IN. Here's what happens with the other - of the conference championship games yet to be decided - the only team that could lose and still get in is Texas. So if Texas loses to Nebraska - Nebraska gets the automatic bid and Texas the final at large - if that does not happen - the final bid is between Iowa and Penn St.
And I love that because it puts the BCS in a pickle. Iowa beat Penn St. - and every BCS bowl is cursing that because they all know Penn St. fans would travel much more than Iowa fans - and that Penn St. would garner higher ratings than Iowa - WAY HIGHER. but yet - they have the same record - and Iowa beat Penn St.
there's your concrete state of affairs right now. The only speculation is which team got locked into the BCS from OSU's loss - was it Boise St.? Penn St.? or Iowa? I think it should beBoise St. But by all rights - Texas will likely win next week and then the 2nd open spot will go to Penn St. or Iowa. And one FINAL prediction - i think it will be Iowa. I think Iowa and Boise St. gets those 2 open bids right now. Because Iowa beat Penn St. - if they took penn st. over iowa - they would be talkin bout it all the way till january - just like the ou/texas debacle last year - just a notch lower lol. I think right now - Boise St. is IN - and if Texas takes care of Nebraska - Iowa will be the last team IN.
I don't see any other way this stuff could be after osu's loss. they won't take iowa and penn st. over boise - simply because that would be 3 bcs bids from a conference that isn;t even among the top 3 conferences in the nation. of the big 6 conferences - the sec, pac 10, and big east ae all better than the big 10 - the only 2 that might not be better than the big 10 is the big 12 and ACC (acc is hands down the worst).
You don't need ESPN to know that if OSU won today they were IN. But OU did what they do best.........keep OSU grounded lol.
How much would could a wouldchuck chuck if a
wouldchuck could chuck would

Osu is not and I highly doubt they will ever be in the same league as OU is. What is the there records in the series 87-16 or some were around there? Thats a lot of ass kickings OU gave them cowgirls over the years.

I say we find one who has coached a Heisman winner and set NCAA scoring records within the last three seasons. We also need to find one who has masterminded an offense that had a 4,000-yard passer and two 1,000-yard rushers in the same season. We need that kind of balance.
