Thanks for the 'reminder' post. Even though Veterans day had just passed, we should be constantly thankful for what our troops do so that we don't have to.
Regardless of race, creed, nationality, liberal or conservative, political opinion, or whatever religious affiliation each and any of us are, we should ALL be thankful for what our volunteer military personnel do for us at home and abroad.
Thanks to all the men and women, past and present who dutifully serve their country, or have lost their lives in service. And also to their families who have either lost loved ones who served, or have to sacrifice being with them this holiday season in their absence while serving abroad.

We all have racing heros who risk their lives on the track but our military men and women are the real heros, the people who allow us to be able to sit at a track watching motorsports and have all the other freedoms in this the most free and generous country in the world.
Adding $6 trillion of debt in his 1st term and now if
elected again he wouldn't have to worry about an
electorate in 2016 so the sky is the limit. And his EPA
would continue to put the screws to oil drilling and
mining for coal. Can you say bankruptcy.

We should NEVER forget our veterans and those who are serving every day. Also do not forget the sacrifice that their families are going through. We are so thankful every day that they give us the freedom to live in this great country.

I agree with all the above posters. They are the real meaning of who we are as Americans and what we stand for as a free democracy.

Thoughtful and deserving thread. Thank you to all of our Armed Forces in the US and around the world. And that we take care of our Vets when they return.
