Kinda dissappointed myself. I didnt figure a multi-millionare would worry about spending a little money on some trophies and jackets and living up to his job as a promoter. Heres the deal i would be worried about if i did that is having my son race against those guys i fu@ked over. Just my 2 cent. Hope to God almighty we get somebody next year with the want and knowledge to make this deal work and back the rules up and actually tech cars and get this deal back to where it was 10 years ago. I love to race and more than that i love my friends, fans and kids that come out to support us.

If they paid the lease off can anyone even run the track next season since it has been paid, how can the fairboard lease it to someone else and make double there money? My guess is there will be no racing in Enid for 2010 but anything is possible.

Im guessing your right jimmy,
Its really a sad deal here at Enid....
There is no reason why any of the top 10 drivers shouldnt get trophies and jackets for they raced there religiously.
How do you treat your drivers, owners, and fans the way that these promoters have and expect anything but failure? Why would they drive a decent race track in the ground?
No there probably wont be any racing at Enid Speedway next year but I hope whomever comes in for the 2011season has the dedication, determination, and the discipline to promote a speedway with integrity. They have to realise that the fans, owners, drivers, and pitmen are essential to them be successful.
Maybe a year off will be good for the track (gives me more time to win the lottery) and people will come back knowing that its a fresh start and everyone is on the same playing field.
CONGRATULATIONS to all the Enid Speedway Champions 2009 season

Your right Jayson, and hopefully who ever it is running the track in 2011 will do some fixing on the rules. It would be great to see some of the poor boys to be able to run with the rest of the class. 'Pure Stock' is the main class I'm talking about. Maybe we might even see a $10,000 to win Sport Mod show. It sure seems like there the biggest class around right now.
